Our Story
Founded by Enrique Montufar, Executive Director of Hispanic Workforce, our organization was born out of a dream that transcended borders and ignited the hearts of many. Enrique’s journey began with a passion for helping people and collaborating with non-profit organizations in El Salvador. In 2019, he published his book, “Achieving the Impossible, A Limitless Dream,” which became the flame that ignited his vision for Hispanic Workforce.

We believe that by empowering Hispanics with the necessary tools and resources, we will be able to witness their remarkable achievements and contributions to this great nation.
